Jean ThompsonD.C., C.S.C.P.Chiropractic - TMJ Therapy
Dr. Thompson has over 18 years experience in comprehensive chiropractic care for pain management, chronic neck and low back pain, TMJ, extremity disorders, nutrition, and general wellness. She has been in private practice in Maryland since 2003 and had a thriving practice in Lakewood, Colorado for five years prior. Dr. Thompson uses the “whole person” approach to healing and chiropractic care by looking at the body as a whole, determining the true cause of your pain and how one area may affect another. The goal is long-term pain relief and this is done through SOT (Sacro Occipital Technique). SOT is a specific chiropractic technique designed to reduce or eliminate pain or disorders in the craniospinal, TMJ, head, neck, back and pelvis, extremities (foot, ankle, knee, and hip as well as hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder) and in specific cases improve organ function.
Dr. Thompson learned the benefits of chiropractic care because of her own personal experience from a jaw injury and also a closed head injury and two fractured vertebrae. Over the years, she has helped others to realize that keeping your body and structure functioning well is a huge key to feeling alive and pain free! Dr. Thompson frequently coordinates care for her patients with Orthopedists, Neurologists, Massage Therapists, Acupuncturists, and Energy Healers. She is an Advanced Instructor at Options for Animals College of Animal Chiropractic and has taught internationally. She is a past instructor of Anatomy and Physiology at the Massage Institute of Maryland and Colorado School of Healing Arts.

Jennifer HenricksonM.M., D.C.
Since 1993 Dr. Henrickson's reputation and expertise has grown within the field of health and wellness. For many years she has successfully educated and advised individuals, athletic teams and corporations to reach their health and fitness goals. As a former college distance runner and former competitive gymnast, sustaining a spinal fracture and multiple extremity injuries was paramount in setting the foundation for the lifestyle she would lead in order to fully heal and maintain optimal health. This personal experience set the course in motion for her future career helping others with their health challenges. With her extensive training and education in Chiropractic, therapeutic exercise and specific nutrition, Dr. Henrickson understands how a precise care plan administered and adhered to by a motivated patient may deeply heal the body and maximize health potential; no matter the severity of the case. The ultimate goal in her practice is to provide excellent care while educating each patient to better understand their body's signals for attention and to trust in their body's innate ability to seek homeostasis through ebbs and flows and ups and downs in life.
While attending Palmer College of Chiropractic, Dr. Henrickson studied Applied Kinesiology under Dr. James Hogg, DC (ICAK Diplomate Chair USA Board of Certified Teachers of Applied Kinesiology). She and her husband Randy raised their family in Colorado where she practiced Chiropractic for 12 years. In addition to her practice, she was adjunct faculty in the Biology Department at Front Range Community College and a lecturer in the Kinesiology Department at Colorado State University. Over the past decade Dr. Henrickson has worked as a health and wellness consultant within the Corporate Health Industry for companies such as Merck, and Gold's Gym. For many years she was designated 'team doc,' for the MATPAC non-profit organization, where she volunteered to educate young athletes in creating healthy diets and injury prevention programs. In 2018 Dr. Henrickson and her family moved from Colorado to Maryland in support of her husband's leadership role within the field of Biotechnology.
